Today we have two shorts — chapters of Ratakia no Majo and Sekai no Aikotoba wa Mizu. Ratakia is another scathing look at society wrapped in a humorous, light-hearted package. This one’s sci-fi and heavy on the romance. Sekai is short and surreal. Enjoy!
