The other side.
A rather silly Gunjou story and a slightly haunting Inai Boku chapter. We’re also inching ever so closer to finishing UD as we start volume 4~
Gunjou Gakusha v04 c34 [DL]
Inai Boku wa Hotarumachi ni Iru v01 c05 [DL]
Ultrabaroque Deprogrammer v03 c26 [DL] & v04 c27 [DL]
I also had a bit of time to (partially) go through my recent import and pick out new potentials. In the interest of spreading the word about the series, I’m posting the full info here in addition to adding it to the potential projects page. Of these four, only Ooba Kenya (Tomonen) is an unscanlated author.

Hanaizawa-chou Kouminkan-dayori (Yamashita Tomoko) “Hanaizawa Community News” dark > seinen > 3 vol, sci-fi psychological slice of life Summary: Decades ago, the tiny town of Hanaizawa was cut off from the rest of the world by an invisible wall, a wall that nothing living can pass through. The younger residents have grown up only knowing the outside world through what they see and hear in the media. These are the stories of their everyday lives, the good and the bad, as they live out their days in a tiny town that no one can enter and no one can leave — a town which, by its isolated nature, is destined to fade away. |

Tomonen (Ooba Kenya) lovely > josei > 1 vol, fantasy/slice of life oneshots Summary: Contains five sweet and lovely slice of life stories about kids, and one bittersweet young romance. The title story Tomonen is about a trio of kids who get lost in the woods and wind up befriending a young witch. Thanks very much for all the new chapters! Double release UD is always a happy time, and Inai Boku is lovely.
Kayase Shiki’s really not popular, is she? Only [zion] has been completely scanlated, after all. Sen no Tsuki, Nejimaki no Niwa, Omumedai…there are several of her works left up in the air, it’s such a pity. Her artwork is lovely, too.
Yeah, Kayase Shiki never caught on. Possibly because of lack of public (or ebook) raws for most of her stuff — and well, she does short works, which tend not to get attention. As for me, [zion] was one of the first more serious/dark series I worked on, and at the time I proclaimed her art to be my absolute favorite. Anyway, she’s only done 4 series (and nothing recently) and her newest one (Omumedai) is too much of a silly pretty-boy manga for me. So that just leaves Nejimaki and Sen no Tsuki as her remaining serious types 🙂 Maybe we’ll get to them!
Hanaizawa-chou Kouminkan-dayori sounds really interesting and I don’t see a lot of seinen with FeMC so I look forward to it. Thanks again for all your hard work with scanlations :>
Thank you very much for this and halloween releases!
