Come again?

This chapter sort of makes me want popcorn. Such a nice twisty story 🙂 Finale next week.

And we finally have more UD! These chapters, oof. Pseudo-scientific techno-babble. But then, we’re hardly reading this series for normalcy, right? First half of the volume is set-up for events in the second half, so… get ready for lots of talking.

Ultrabaroque Deprogrammer v03 c18-19 [DL c18 c19]

In our continuing quest to figure out the best way to get this (rather difficult) series out at a good pace, we’re going to try releasing two chapters every other week. Might trick us into focusing better 🙂 We’ll see how it works… in two weeks.

Yes, finally, UD is back! (I say it like I read this as it comes out, but I actually don’t. Too many dropped projects means I now collect chapters but don’t start a series – no matter how long or short – until it’s completely scanlated. So…two more for the archive!)

And thanks for Canaria, too. Looks like I’ll be able to start reading it next week, then.

Oh, I don’t blame you. I think most people who read manga for any length of time eventually develop the same mindset.

Always a bit of a balance between releasing quickly/mass releases vs. periodic releases. Periodic keeps the staffers motivated (you don’t have to do it all before releasing!) and raises the odds peeps will notice you’re releasing. Mass releases are great for the fans but are easy to overlook and harder to pull off for the group. I just try to keep things relatively quick and reliable… 🙂

*Goes back to rereading the previous chapters* Guh… this is a psychological sci-fi alright… wish they’d make an OVA…

I’m a little sad it’ll be the end next time, but shorter stories are the best kind sometimes. Thanks for your hard work!
