All Good Things

Heya folks 🙂 The big import came in, and I’m totally stoked. Like 90% of them have interested staffers, it’s just a matter of what we can get to and when. Thanks again to the folks who chipped in during the fundraiser.

Den would like to start translating Yami no Moribito, but we need an editor. It’s the 3-volume sequel to Seirei no Moribito, a serious seinen adventure fantasy featuring Balsa, the female bodyguard. Pretty easy edit, not much in the way of redraws. If anyone is interested, toss me an email at [email protected]. Newbies, see my editing guide/test. Otherwise it’ll be a bit of a wait for one of our folks to get to it 🙂

    I spy another Yoko Komori manga! So glad to see her, the chances of getting an official translation are almost none and I love her so much.

      Absolutely <3 I nabbed both of her other series — they're all very different. Jel wants to translate Sirius to Mayu (romance), so there are good odds we'll get to that… at some point (Jel and zakk have a nice list they want to do~).

      Kokage-kun is more of a bizarre comedy. There's very limited interest in the couple of comedies I've found among the staffers, ahaha. So that's more of a long shot, but you never know!

    The sight of Miyori no Mori in the pile makes me happy. Hopefully it’s included in that 90%!

    OMG! The prospect of reading Yami no Moribito! I adore that the team is so adventurous in selecting the projects to be done! Thank you so much for always bringing us amazing surprises to read. Good luck with the work on the ones selected and enjoy reading the rest! It’s a fine selection!

    Thanks so much for picking up ‘Yami no Moribito’! I absolutley loved ‘Seirei no Moribito’, so I’m really looking forward to your releases. I can’t help with the editing, though. Sorry, too busy. ^^;
